Customization & Returns Policy

From 1 piece, made to order

We customize scarves per your provided design and production requirements; we hold no ready stock, and we do not accept returns of custom-made items. Each piece is made to order — a personalized product.

Customization process

1. Inquiry: you send design, size, fabric, technique and quantity; we provide a quote (USD, FCA Dongguan, Incoterms® 2020).
2. Sampling: a sample can be made first (sample fee in some cases, deductible from bulk); the confirmed sample becomes the bulk standard.
3. Confirmation: you confirm design, technique and quote, pay the deposit / per agreement, then bulk production enters.
4. Bulk & QC: produced to the quality standard, inspected and color-matched before shipment.
5. Shipping: FCA Dongguan (Incoterms® 2020) delivery; international freight and duties borne by the buyer.

Changes & cancellation

• Before sample confirmation: design, technique or quantity can be changed;
• After bulk production starts: in principle cannot be cancelled or returned, as it is made exclusively to your design;
• If due to factory quality reasons (not color difference / handcraft differences) it fails the quality standard, we redo or remedy.

Quality boundary

We follow scarf quality standards (e.g., color fastness to water/perspiration color change ≥3, staining ≥3, etc.) and provide color-matching. Slight natural-silk color difference and minor variations from hand-rolling are normal and not deemed a quality breach. See Quality Assurance.

Confidentiality

Your designs and order information are strictly confidential. We accept confidentiality agreements you require, or use our standard confidentiality terms — request if needed.

Logistics & duties

Default FCA Dongguan (Incoterms® 2020): goods delivered to a designated Dongguan location; thereafter international freight, insurance, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Subject to the quote and order confirmation.
