1. Website content

The craft descriptions, fabric & capability samples, and blog articles on this website are copyrighted by our factory and provided for understanding our capabilities. The "capability samples" images are original or illustrative, marked as customizable, and are NOT in-stock products.

2. Basic rules of customization transactions

• Artwork-to-order, made to order: all scarves are made to your provided design and production requirements; we hold no stock and do not retail the same design.
• Order = confirmation: after you confirm the design, fabric, technique, size and quote, sampling / bulk production begins; once the sample is confirmed, bulk follows it as the standard.
• Intellectual property: you are responsible for the design artwork you provide, guaranteeing it does not infringe third-party rights; the factory only uses the artwork within the scope of your authorization to fulfill the order, and will not actively or intentionally disclose or imitate customer works.
• Trade terms: default FCA Dongguan (Incoterms® 2020); international freight, insurance and import duties/taxes borne by the buyer; specifics per quote and order confirmation.

3. Color difference & handcraft differences

Silk is a natural fiber, and printing and hand-rolled edges are manual processes. Slight color difference and handcraft differences across batches, screens and lighting are normal and do not constitute a quality breach. We use color-matching to get as close as possible to your confirmed standard sample.

4. Liability scope

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website and the factory are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. The specific liability of customization transactions is subject to the order and quote confirmed by both parties; confidentiality is subject to the confidentiality agreement signed by both parties.

5. Confidentiality

We value and protect customer works. We accept a confidentiality agreement you require, or provide standard confidentiality terms (deemed accepted upon ordering); request if needed. See the confidentiality note in About the Factory.

6. Governing law & disputes

These terms are interpreted under the law of the factory's location (Dongguan, China); disputes are preferentially resolved through friendly negotiation. The Chinese source text is the base text; multilingual versions are for reference.
